Preptober Prompts Catch-Up
This is super late (five days late, in the case of the first prompt), but I’m catching up on Preptober Prompts as I promised yesterday.

Snippet Sunday: Apple of My Eye and Underground
Apple of My Eye is the fourth story in The Mirror-Hunter Chronicles, which began with Bag of Beans. It’s kind of tricky to pull an excerpt from a short story when pretty much anything could be spoilers, but here’s a bit of description that I’m really happy with, and it reminded me of a bit of description from another short story that I wanted to share as well. A Quick Blog Update
So there are a few new things happening lately. Obviously I changed my blog theme a week ago, and I’ve been working since at updating all of my post images to match that new theme (I’m getting close to finished with that). I really like the new theme, I think it fits a lot better and looks a lot nicer, and apparently it’s bringing in a lot of new traffic from Pinterest.
